Problem
Peek was experiencing hypergrowth and aimed to sign their first enterprise-level travel experience operators while still catering to smaller businesses. Developing a robust and flexible membership system was identified as a crucial growth strategy.

Impact
Through research, testing, and lots of collaboration—a robust membership system was designed to fit a variety of use cases. Travel operators of different verticals can create unique memberships that work for their business. Flexible configuration rules allow for customization of everything from duration and pricing, to imagery and description.
Preventing Revenue Loss
Operators can configure special rules like a minimum booking price to prevent losing revenue if the total cost of an order was too low.
Managing Abuse
Operators can set up redemption limits within a time frame. This is to help prevent membership overuse, while still maintaining member happiness.
Capitalizing on Opportunity
While designing the membership system, operators needed a customer view. The customer view never existed and it was an opportunity to provide value to all operators. I designed a card-based UI that provided a profile overview of a customer. Overtime, the UI was designed to help scale and provide actionable insights.
